Customer Speaker Flow First, CS Richard Davis inputs his personal information. Then he clicks “Next: Story” for the next portion of the form.

Customer Speaker Flow: CS Richard Davis then inputs his story’s information and clicks “Next: When”

Customer Speaker Flow: CS Richard Davis input his availability for the sessions. Afterward he clicks “Submit Story” to submit his story to the Knowledge 2022 Event.

Customer Speaker Flow: After submitting his story, CS Richard Davis lands on a confirmation page, confirming a successful submission. He then clicks on “View Homepage”

Customer Speaker Flow:  CS Richard Davis is taken to the Event App Homepage.
